It isn't very often that one catches the legal profession utilising common sense but it does happen every so often. Take for example a divorce case in Taiwan between a man called Tseng his wife Huang. The judge in the case has sensibly decided that Huang's threats to remove Tseng's penis from Tseng's person were reasonable grounds for divorce.
