Well Halliburton didn't enter a bid

The Iraqi government has given permission to an Iranian company and a Chinese company to build electricity generating plants in the country and the Yanks are less than pleased. I just checked the UN charter and I don't think that electricity generation is a valid justification for invasion but then I don't read words as creatively as the Decider's minions do.

You know it is entirely possible that, nearly five years after the illegal invasion the Iraqis have grown tired of American promises that they will have power "next week".
