A Florida teenager is in police custody on weapons charges after wearing a bulletproof vest to school. After his arrest his father, who described his son as shy, gentle yet with a great love of guns, turned in two AK-47s belonging to the boy. Police also confiscated a substantial amount of ammunition from the boy's home. The young man was attending Life Skills Center, a charter school, at the time of his arrest. Well if bullet proof vests and Kalashnikovs aren't considered "life skills" in Florida I'd be very surprised.
