A 22 year old Georgia man was shot and killed by a 2 year old who picked up a gun that was just lying around. The police have deemed the incident an "accident" but surely there must have been some offense committed. Don't gun owners, the gun did not belong to the dead man, have a responsibility to keep them safe and secure? Isn't this at least reckless endangerment if not child abuse? It's either that or the NRA will have to change its motto to "Guns Don't Kill People - Two Year Olds Do".
