Now who could have seen this coming?

The introduction of "competition" into the delivery of the post in Britain has resulted in no improvements for consumers or small businesses, but big business has benefited, and endangers the universal service now offered by the Royal Mail, with which consumers were generally happy! The answer of course is not to turn back the privatisation, which be evil and communist and anti-freedom, but to forge bravely into more market "liberalisation".
