British government minster supports cluster bomb ban

Hillary Benn, the British International Development Secretary and candidate for deputy leader of the Labour Party, is apparently in favour of a worldwide ban on the production and use of cluster bombs according to an email leaked to the Sunday Times. This is in direct opposition to stated government policy.
