As evidenced by this headline from the ContraCosta Times: Naked man arrested after pulling awl from rectum. I find the charge of carrying a concealed weapon most interesting for a man who was arrested "lying on a tree stump beside...[a]path, exposing himself and masturbating" rather creative.
Note to the headline writers: until I actually read the story I was unclear as to whether the man in question had removed the awl in question from his own rectum or an alien rectum. This is, I think, a critical issue that should have been made clear from the outset!
