The injunction issued against the BBC at the weekend which prevented them from reporting on new information that had come to light in the lolly-for-Lordships scandal has been lifted.
According to the Beeb the version of events that Lord Levy had put forward to Blair aide Ruth Turner, and presumably the police, was one which Ms. Turner believed to be untrue.
