Before moving on to lighter things, such as Iraq, I thought it might be a good idea the remind everyone that there are other places in the world which deserve our attention. Places where the virtually limitless funds that are being poured into Iraq would be of significant value. Places that are virtually calling out for freedom and self determination.
Places like Zimbabwe which is now described by the governor of its central bank as "broke and hungry".
Places like Darfur where the killing and suffering continues whilst the world's powers dither, chat and equivocate.
