Increasingly irrelevant US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is toeing the party line and encouraging Americans "to be patient" whilst maintaining that "it is worth the sacrifice". As Ms. Rice had pointed out to her not so long ago she is not sacrificing and is still free to go shopping for shoes whenever she wants.
