For what is supposed to be America's most top secret intelligence agency the National Security Agency from time to time manages a passable Inspector Clouseau imitation.
Take the story of District of Columbia solicitor Wendell Belew for example. The NSA mistakenly passed on to the lawyer some "Top Secret" documents and then sent the FBI around to retrieve them. The problem was that one of the documents included evidence that the agency was tapping his phone without a warrant.
The result. He's suing for 1.2 million USD and may stand a good chance of winning.
I'm with you all the way Wendell.
