Given yesterday's status as a religious holiday there is nothing, and we mean nothing to report on the attempt by US Attorney General and Bush succubus Antonio Gonzales to hang on to his job. He probably spent yesterday hunting for Easter eggs and browsing various English language dictionaries for a definition of the word "truth" that he could live with.
On the Steve "I've never really coached a winning team and it doesn't look like I'm going to start now" McClaren front things are equally quiet as footballing attention is focused on the critical league matches from Saturday and today and the European Cup matches in midweek. Maybe everyone will just forget that, during Mr. McClaren's tenure as the head of the side, the England team have just sucked the big one.
