"I'm the Decider(TM) not the Listener damn it!"

Lawyers for two men who are charged with illegally ejecting dissenters from an appearance by the Decider(TM) from a Presidential Forum on Social Security in Denver in 2005 are attempting to the specious argument that the President can evict whoever he wishes much as Nixon allegedly argued that the President can bomb whoever he wishes.

The attorneys' brief claims that "the president's right to control his own message includes the right to exclude people expressing discordant viewpoints from the audience". Although the White House has refused to comment I am certain that they agree wholeheartedly. After all isn't that what "free speech zones" are for?
