A former minister in the new Iraqi government, Ali A. Allawi, has written a new book
entitled The Occupation of Iraq: Winning the War, Losing the Peace which is highly critical of the gross mismanagement of the post-invasion period by the American's and claims that by this year the Iraqi people have "turned their backs on their would-be liberators". Apparently the word "ignorance" is featured highly. I'll have to put it on my "to read" list.
