Even when the Bush administration gets a halfway good idea they get it for the wrong reasons and / or completely fuck up the execution. Ergo I am not at all surprised that they are considering lifting pollution curbs on plants producing ethanol for use as fuel so. They really want to ensure that American emissions remain steady or increase don't they?
