In Berrien County MI the local constabulary have arrested an ice cream truck driver who, in addition to his luxurious desserts, was also believed to be selling cannabis. In business school I think this is referred to as "product synergy". The bloke could have made one round in which he sold only product A, the cannabis, and then return a half hour later selling only product B, the ice cream, allowing time for the consumption of product A to have taken place and the blind raving munchies had kicked in.
