Thinking way, way, way outside the box

This goes a long way to show us what an incredible genius Captain Codpiece is. Since al Qaeda was not in Iraq at the time of the (illegal) invasion victory was therefore impossible but by (illegally) invading Iraq we caused al Qaeda to enter Iraq thereby making victory possible. This is pure unadulterated genius; either that or choking-on-pretzel logic (with the sincerest of apologies to Messrs. Becker and Fagan).
