From yesterday's press conference Captain Codpiece, the condescending cunt, tries to make us believe the he didn't know anything about the NIE on Iran until last week. Clearly he is lying and not doing it very well. Why would he want us to believe that in any case? If it were true, and I sincerely doubt that it is, it would only mean that he is not in charge and only allowed access to information on a "need to know" basis.
