Whoever runs the Seminole County School District in Florida (it had to be Florida) should be dragged outside and shot. (Note: hold the outrage the last sentence was meant metaphorically and should not be taken literally - especially by Floridian gunowners!) It seems that if their nine year olds (what is that 3rd grade?) get good marks and behave well the school send home free McDonald's coupons.
Surely this must qualify as child abuse. Perhaps the school district doesn't want any high performers to stick out from the crowd or to ruin the curve and they hope that the fat, salt and additives will bring these children back to average (or lower).
