The case of the Scranton PA woman who had the temerity to say FUCK out loud after her toilet overflowed has actually gone to court. Dawn Herb is facing 90 days in jail if convicted and her obvious First Amendment appeal fails. (We have to remember who has been stacked the federal judiciary for the past 6 years.)
