A 21 year old man from the town of Sondershausen in Germany has been convicted of sending a photo of his penis to a woman using his mobile phone. Key quote: "We all had a bit of a laugh when we saw the thing", and that was from the judge. I'd say that hurt much more than the 150 Euro fine!
