Captain Codpiece's approval rating continues to hover in the low 30s, his fellow Republicans are running away from him, the war in Iraq continues down the path to quagmire, the war in Afghanistan is turning against us, the price of oil continues at near record high levels and the economy is heading into a recession.
So why did Norwegian Professor Ole O Moen have to choose this moment to select Captain Codpiece as the worst president ever? Hardly very sporting I should think.
