If the primary duty of the President of the United States is to see to the nation's defence than I can only assume the fact that the country is woefully exposed to attacks on its home soil can only be another example of the supreme competence of Bush and his evil minions. In his defence he has only had six years and a bit to deal with it. What can we expect?
