The good folks at the Conservative Political Action Conference greeted Captain Codpiece with chants of "four more years" yesterday quite ignoring the twenty second amendment. I reckon to be a truly hard core constructionist one must ignore all amendments and only pay attention to the articles. At least this approach would get rid of that second amendment problem; you know where "strict constructionists" ignore the framers' intentions for this amendment only!
