Truth, justice and the American way!

Now this IS incompetence mixed with one full measure of, as it is so elegantly known in the UK, "attempting to pervert the course of justice". The US has accidentally disclosed a document in the military trial of Omar Khadr that it clearly meant to keep secret, the defence was unaware of its existence, as it undermines the entire case against Khadr. As I noted the other day Khadr was only 15 when he was detained in Afghanistan. The US case rests on the fact that Khadr was the only individual who could have thrown a grenade that killed an American whereas the accidentally released document clearly shows that there were at least two individuals of whom Khadr was clearly only one.
