The US military has "accidentally" lost a years worth of records relating to the detention of Salim Ahmed Hamdan just as his case is ready to come before the kangaroo entirely unbiased and fair military court at the Guantánamo Bay Beach & Leisure Club and his lawyers are preparing his defence.
