Why does the Catholic League love paedophiles more than children?

The bombastic and factually challenged head of the Catholic League has taken any number of controversial and ludicrous positions over the years (and Faux News loves him). However has he gone to far even for the rabid community that he claims to represent by opposing changes to the law in Colorado that would lift the statute of limitations on bringing charges or lawsuits in sexual abuse cases. I guess the property and assets of the Roman Catholic Church are more important to Mr. Donohue than seeing to it that justice is served. What a toss pot!
