In any case on the same day that US Housing and Urban Development Secretary, and Bush buddy, Alphonso Jackson resigned we find that Philadelphia has its HUD funds restored, at least temporarily. It has been alleged that Jackson cut off the funds to Philly after the Philadelphia Housing Authority refused to turn over land it owns to Philly music producer, and friend of Jackson, Kenny Gamble.
