Sorry, Joey? In a word - NO!

Joey Vento, proprietor of South Philly's Geno's Steaks, now wants an apology from the city over the court case involving the "English Only" sign.
Dear Mr. Vento,

It would appear that your sign required English (American?) only to be spoken in your shop was not in violation of any Philadelphia ordinances. (In any case one suspects that you wouldn't have applied it to the pidgin Italian so popular in your part of the city.) That however does not excuse your bigotry and with any luck the city will simply ignore you, hoping that you will just go away.

I hope you find this helpful.

That's 'pidgin'.

Ah yes. I think I selected a spell check option without paying attention (again).
