First Montgomery County fell! Then Bucks Counts; I have a cousin who must be fuming. Now neither Delaware nor Chester County (Chester County!) can boost Republican registration majorities, even if the Republi-cons are still the biggest party there.
When I was growing up in Chester County Democrats were only permitted in West Chester and Coatesville. Out in Pocopson where I grew up I don't think they even had a Democratic booth for the primaries.
