A Chelsea tractor driven by Tory MP Simon Burns collided with a cyclist as he was leaving the Palace of Westmister last night. Rumours that the Honourable Mr. Burns had mistaken the cyclist for Tory leader David Cameron cannot be confirmed at this time.
