Activists judges to ask Bush nicely to obey the law

The President is above the law isn't he? I mean the current resident of the White House seems to think so. Therefore we shouldn't be surprised that the administration is two years overdue in producing a comprehensive report on global warming. The Global Change Research Act of 1990 requires the government to report to congress every four years on the impact of climate change. The Bush administration has yet to get around to it.

Now environmental groups have had the gall sue the government to force them to deliver. How silly will they look with egg all over their face? I mean, since there is now such thing as global warming there is nothing to report! Ha!
