Sex terrorism

I don't remember a ban on sex being the Patriot Act but then I couldn't get all the way through it without falling asleep so maybe it is in there. A man and woman from California are to face federal charges after they alleged refused to stop "fooling around" on a flight from LA to Raleigh NC. The man was observed kissing the woman "near her breast" and had his face pressed against the woman's "lower body". They face charges of harassing a flight attendant.

I reckon the mile high club is closed for the duration then.
