All of which may explain why the chief US official at the UN climate change talks has no more science education than I do.
Yes she is a Doctor. According to her official government biography she has a bachelor's degree in International Politics and an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Soviet Affairs. All of which qualifies her to discuss climate science how?
Oh yes and she's a member of the Rotary Club.
