New UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon has blasted Israel over its non-compliance with the ceasefire arrangements in Lebanon. Israel claims that it has reduced over-flights off Lebanese territory but the UN claims quite the opposite, that such flights have increased. Ban has also criticised the Jewish state for refusing to pass on data related to its use of cluster bombs during its incursion. Israel simply insists that its use of the controversial weapons is in "complete compliance with international law".
