Feeler safer yet?

Well if you are you should be thankful that you are not an American woman and an American soldier. Sexual harassment, sexual assault and rape of these young woman by their fellow soldiers is common and increasing. Many of the young women have taken to carrying knives for protection when they have to go out alone.

Should we ask and tell about this or just let it ride? I would assume, but cannot be certain, that General Pace would consider this to be "immoral" behaviour as well.
