After six years of underactivity the Decider's veto powers are getting ready to rumble. He is threatening to nix bills on presidential records, protection for whistle-blowers and anything setting deadlines for withdrawal from Iraq. A war-spending bill the House will take up this coming week is also at risk because it contains Iraq withdrawal language.
