The American papers seem to be treating the findings of a British coroner's inquest into the friendly fire deaths of British soldiers at the hands of their American allies gingerly. The coroner ruled that the killings were criminal, a word that most American papers seem to want to put into quotes in order to make it less real, much as many seem to like to refer to Lewis Libby as "guilty". Others, such as Faux News prefer to simply term the deaths "avoidable".
