The US Army Corps of Engineers installed faulty pumps which are still not functioning adequately in New Orleans after the Katrina disaster. The company responsible for the pumps, Moving Water Industries (MWI), of Deerfield Beach FL is owned by one J. David Eller and his family. By some bizarre coincidence Mr. Eller was once a business partner of the President's brother, Jeb Bush.
