Make work

Paul Wolfowitz's "friend" (nudge, nudge, wink, wink) has been assigned to work on President Bush's "Foundation for the Future" programme whilst on secondment at the US State Department whilst her "friend" Paul runs the World Bank. The project, which aims to promote democracy in the Middle East, doesn't list her as an employee, which makes sense as she is (extraordinarily well) paid by her "friend's" organisation the World Bank, but she is the only person working at the group's offices according to sources. The FFTF has only held two board meetings and made no grants since its inception 18 months ago. The FFTF has an annual budget of 56 million USD. Money well spent I'd say!
