French Presidential front runner Nicolas Sarkozy stands accused of offering the current office holder Jacques Chirac immunity from investigations into corruption during his tenure as the Mayor of Paris which have been on hold due to Presidential immunity. Mr. Sarkozy denies the suggestions vociferously.
