I am sure that there are those who will exercised by Philadelphia's plan to charge the Boy Scouts 200,000 USD for the use of their headquarters on Logan Square. The scouts used to pay only one symbolic dollar a year but have refused to alter their prohibition on (openly) gay members. (Come on - have you seen the uniforms - there must be plenty of closeted members!)
