Did Blackwater USA withdraw its membership from the industry's trade association because, due to its troubles in Iraq, it did not wish its association with the group to sully the reputations of its competitors or the industry as a whole, or is it because no one with the mercenary firm could admit, with a straight face at least, that they were a member of the International Peace Operations Association?
