My blog has had the occasional visit from addresses associated with the American defence establishment and other places, such as Langley, that are associated with organisations we must pretend don't exist to spy on ordinary people. But this morning I was disturbed to notice that I had had a visit from someone at the ominously named "Executive office of asset forfeiture" in the United States so if I suddenly disappear it probably just means that I have decided that it is best if I lie low for awhile; preferably somewhere sunny and warm without a war.
