Oh my god - they bugged Diana!

I have so far not mentioned the farce that is the 101st inquest into the death of Princess Diana. Why? Because it bores me; because it is idiotic; because my sister wants me write about nothing else.

I cannot, however, overlook the astonishing claim (fact?) that the United States National Security Agency admits that they have over 1,000 pages of phone transcripts of the Princess. And they won't turn them over because to do so would "jeopardise national security"!

1) What possible legitimate interest did they have in her phone calls?

2) What could their release to the inquest possibly endanger national security?
