The House of Representatives has failed to override the Decider's veto of SCHIP by a vote of 273 for and 156 against. I think they should just pass the same bill, again and again, sending it up Pennsylvania Avenue to have the son of a bitch veto it over and over until he runs out of fucking ink for his favourite veto pen.
