Hit and run horror in Tewkesbury

The victim was 84 and the perpetrator, who has now handed himself in to the authorities, apparently he was to busy at the time of the accident, was driving a mobility scooter. I hope that Audrey Lane, who has a broken leg and wrist, gets well soon!
