The Virginia State Police have announced that they are to drop the use of the "10-" codes so beloved of CBers everywhere and resort to a more advanced communications method; American English. Basically it seems that no one understood what they were saying or hearing so perhaps it is a good thing. Some are blaming the change on the chaos that followed 11 September.
