Have you ever wondered why small children seem to laugh when they see George Bush or Tony Blair on the telly?

I think that this may go a long way towards explaining it. By the age of four children can generally work out what is real from what is unreal. Unfortunately America and the UK are run by men who can't manage to tell the difference despite being in their fifties!
