The Bush family likes to make money the old fashioned way, by cheating. No matter where you go on the Bush family tree whispers of financial impropriety can almost always be heard. The latest, but undoubtedly not the last, of the Bush kin to get a mention is the President's Uncle William "Bucky" Bush. When he was a non-executive director of defence contractor Engineered Support Systems, other board members are alleged to have netted 6 million USD from a scheme of options backdating. Uncle Buck is not accused of any wrong doing.
The President's brother was named as a defendant last week in another case of options backdating. Maybe George can pardon him on his last day in office. Hopefully this will be soon.
